TAB_ADDCOL

       Procedure to add a new column to an existing STSDAS table.

       tab_addcol, name, data, tcb, tab

       name - column name
       data - sample data of type to be written to the column.
               This parameter is only used to determine data type.

       tcb - table control block
       tab - table array
