           Read in phase resolved spectra profile.

           Data should be created with ikfasebin phase resolved
           spectra generator.
           There must exist a table keyword "phase" and "channel"
           vs. count.

           (optional) parameters are ordered as follows:
               channel1 - first channel to read (lower energy)
               channel2 - last channel to read (higher energy)
               ncycles  - number of cycles to repeat the
                          phase. Default 1.
               All parameters are separated with ",". If one
               parameter is not defined (empty string) the default
               column is used.

           Loads 3-D file data into environment.

               > data, ikfasebin.pha2[2,10,1]:3,
               -> loads in data from fits file ikfasebin.pha2
                  x1 column is phase, x2 column is channel,
                  y is rate.
